There are 2 ways to check your order status: logging into your account or checking your emails.
Logging Into Your Account
As A Guest
1. Retrieve your account information by clicking Forgot My Password. You will receive an email instructing you to create a password.
2. You will receive a secondary email to verify your account.
3. After setting a password and verifying your account, log in to your dashboard to check your order status.
As A Member
1. Log into your account.
2. Check the status of your order in your Dashboard.
Checking Your Emails
Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive a confirmation email. After the seller ships out your order(s), you will receive an email containing tracking information for your package. You can click the link in the email to follow your order's journey while in transit.

Cancel my order
There is a limited window to cancelling an order as our goal is to get your item(s) to you as quick as possible. Please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Buyer's Dashboard.
2. Proceed to your order(s) under the "Orders" tab.
3. Select the specific order you would like to cancel and submit the cancellation request.
If you cannot submit a cancellation request, it is likely being processed by our team and we’re unable to cancel it.
In this case, you can easily start the return process once you've received the product.
