They are exactly as described

After watching a few videos on installation techniques I managed to get all 4 installed in 3 hours. They look great cosmetically and will likely due exactly as advertised if needed as the nylon feels very durable. I am a bit nervous that the teeth may have scraped the outside edge of my black rim during the rubber mallet pounding but I won't know until I have to remove them. Definitely recommend

Installed on my model X

I had them professionally installed, because I don't have a jack. They look great and hopefully won't get scratches if the wifeeee tries to park. Hopefully they won't fall off. But if they do I will update this review.

replacement gators for my miata

Alloy Gator Protector Review.

The product, once installed looks amazing. The glue that came with the package was hard so I had to use my own Gorilla glue. I also had leaking in all four tires, but after a call from AlloyGator, they advised to inflate the tires to 50 lbs, drive around for 20 minutes or so then return the pressure to normal. This seems to have worked. The first one is a little tougher to install, but by the fourth tire, it was very easy.
