At Clearshot Labs we want to push for a greener future. Part of that will involve reducing our carbon footprint. The steps we are taking towards this includes contributing to, and expanding, the EV market, as well as relieving pressure on the housing crisis and energy use.

We want to focus on green energy, such as solar power, and help develop and improve the infrastructure for it. Additionally, we want to provide users with the ability to better track and understand their electricity usage to mitigate their impact on the environment.

Delivery Policy

Customers located in remote zones may be subject to additional transaction fees prior to shipment. If this is required, the customer will be contacted directly by Clearshot Labs Accounting.

After this item has shipped, delivery times will be as stated under Standard Shipping.

Return Policy

Clearshot Labs Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing the Kasier EV Charger. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from authorized retailers or distributors.

Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you encounter any defects or issues with your Kasier EV Charger, you may request a product exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. The replacement product will be shipped once the defective unit is received. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

3-Year Limited Repair Warranty

Kasier EV Chargers come with a 3-year repair warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge. Please note that this warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage
Modifications, repairs, or service performed by unauthorized personnel

Limitation of Liability

Clearshot Labs is not responsible or liable for any costs associated with the installation, removal, or reinstallation of the EV charger. This includes, but is not limited to, labor charges, electrician fees, or any damages caused during the installation or removal process.

To initiate a refund, exchange, or repair request, please contact us. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.
