Standard Return & Exchange Policy General 30 Days Policy Only items that have been purchased directly from Strictly Auto Parts (excluding Strictly Auto Parts Marketplace products), either online or at a Strictly Auto Parts retail store, can be returned or exchanged to Strictly Auto Parts within 30 days from the purchase date or the date of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Refund Policy All items must be returned in the original selling condition and packaging. Items purchased in stores may be returned for a full refund of the original form of payment.Refund process may take 5-7 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded.Clearance products are considered as final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.Strictly Auto Parts reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
